亞馬遜外觀專利侵權申訴信及教你如何申訴

We understand that Amazon attaches great importance to intellectual property complaints. Regarding this case, we believe that the appearance patent infringement complaint is invalid and untrue.

找出自己的產品，跟對方的對方的產品，拉出來做對比圖，在根據你的產品特點去自己分析不同點，標出1-6條不同點。

5、不光要有理有據，還要寫出未來的打算，這很重要。
姐夫很注重你未來的經營規劃，即使這個事兒不太符合咱們中國人的邏輯，沒錯被誣告還TM要寫未來怎么做？但是不寫你就過不去，依附平臺寄人籬下就要遵守規則。
6、外觀專利不需要提供發票等信息，申訴信最好導出成pdf文件，后臺申訴時候是提交PDF版本顯專業。千萬不要用word，word有很多版本，很可能你寫文檔用的版本亞馬遜打不開，這樣你的申訴直接就被秒拒，亞馬遜所有申訴都不要用word。
7、據我從國外網站搜集的資料顯示，申訴一般有3次機會，第一次是最重要的，一次不過后面就相對難一些了，所以不要浪費任何一次申訴機會，沒有把握就不要亂提交。
8、要自信，不要慫，可以去多打探消息，但不能被服務商和投訴方嚇倒，商場就是戰場。
9、不要存有幻想對方會撤訴，更不要不處理績效問題，外觀和設計專利侵權是躲不過去的跟版權侵權不同。
