大意是收件人收到了聯邦寄送來的快遞,但是貨物是破損的狀態,找聯邦反饋,聯邦給的答復是客戶/發貨人的錯誤不是聯邦快遞的錯Customer/shipper at fault not FedEx。
于是便請教大家,聯邦快遞處理包裹的方式正常嗎?is this normal for fedex to handle packages like this??

1.This is most likely an ignored box. If it went through ground, it usually got stuck on the conveyor belt, jammed, and someone unjammed it, but didn't bother to get it repackaged before sending it off again.
